Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. If you need mental or emotional healing, removal of a block, stress relief, or an energetic reboot, Reiki has you covered. When working with Reiki, you are working with Divine life force energy, allowing balance and renewal on all levels.

This in-person session is a multidimensional healing experience that supports balance, clarity, and reconnection.

Each session includes 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing, followed by a 30-minute integrative reading. Reiki works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, helping to release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and restore flow.

Your session is guided intuitively and informed by my training as a Reiki Master Teacher and my work as an intuitive. The reading portion offers insight into the energetic themes present for you, allowing space for messages, awareness, and guidance to unfold naturally—without force or expectation.

No two sessions are the same. Each experience meets you where you are and unfolds in alignment with what is most supportive for you at that time.

A mediumship reading is for those seeking connection, comfort, or clarity from someone who has passed. Through clairvoyance and clairaudience, I share the messages received with care and respect.

You do not need to prepare or provide anything for the session. Your presence and openness are enough.

Each reading unfolds naturally, guided by those in spirit who wish to communicate. Messages arise through invitation, not expectation or pressure. This is never something that can or should be forced.

Should no connection be established, we will simply conclude the session with care, and there will be no charge.
